报告摘要：
Many drugs cause side effects or toxicity due to residual or overuse. Developing agents for suppressing such side effects have real clinical demands. Host-guest binding principle may be used to address this issue by including residual drugs in blood. In this context, the rapid antagonism of Sugammadex, a g-cyclodextrin derivative that bears eight carboxylate groups, for neuromuscular blockers rocuronium and vecuronium through selective 1:1 inclusion represents unprecedented clinic success. We have recently designed and developed both molecular and supramolecular hosts for including and sequestrating several kinds of residue drugs, with the aim of inhibiting their residual-initiated side effects.1-4 We will present recent advances in the talk.

黎占亭，复旦大学化学系教授、中科院上海有机所特聘研究员，有机功能分子合成与组装化学重点实验室主任，知名专家。1985年毕业于郑州大学化学系； 1992年于上海有机所获博士学位（导师：陈庆云院士）； 1994年10月－1996年01月：University of Southern Denmark博士后（I. Becher）； 2000年10月－2001年12月：University of Illinoisat at Urbana-Champaign访问学者。中国化学会超分子化学专业委员会副主任委员；物理有机化学、光化学专业委员会委员。《有机化学》副主编；《化学学报》、《Chinese Chemical Letters》、《Science China Chemistry》、《化学进展》及《高等学校化学学报》编委。
